REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and service
termination are handled by roasifymedia.
By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
Strictly Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made to roasifymedia are strictly non-refundable under any
circumstances once the service has been initiated.
- No refunds will be issued for monthly retainers, setup fees, or one-time charges.
- No refunds for partial months, unused services, paused campaigns, or underperformance.
- No refunds will be provided even if the client decides to discontinue services early.
Advance Payments
All services are billed on a 100% advance payment basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to clear payments may result in immediate pause or termination of services.
Ad Spend & Third-Party Costs
- Advertising spend is paid directly by the client to platforms such as Meta or Google.
- roasifymedia does not handle, hold, or refund any advertising spend.
- Losses due to ad disapproval, account suspension, or platform policy changes are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Client
The client may request cancellation by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice.
- No refunds will be issued upon cancellation.
- All pending or outstanding dues must be cleared before termination.
- Services will continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation or Suspension by Agency
roasifymedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if:
- Payments are delayed or not received
- Required access, assets, or information is not provided
- The client violates platform rules, laws, or ethical standards
- Misuse, fraud, or misrepresentation is identified
Service Pause
If services are paused due to client delays, lack of communication, or missing resources,
billing will continue and no refunds or extensions will be provided.
